For a government small enough to fit inside the Constitution
A Third Answer on Education
A group of education professionals (and no parents) sponsored a debate between just two of the candidates for governor recently. The two parties represented there said the same things they have been saying for decades. Happily, Raleigh's News-14 TV offered Mike a chance to respond to the issues on their news program that very day. A supporter has added commentary and posted the video on Youtube for your viewing (6:52).
Pre-responding to the "debate" at WRAL
Dr. Munger was shut out of WRAL's "debate" Tuesday (9/09), but Dr. Mike talked to Allan Handelman at WZTK about this and broader issues of the governor's race a few days before.
Listen to Dr. Mike's answers to questions from Allan and listeners here.
Q&A with Michael Munger: You Might Be a Libertarian if...

Mike was featured in a question-and-answer session published in the September 7th News & Observer. In it, Mike had the opportunity to present the top three issues he'd tackle as North Carolina's governor, answer questions many people may have about the Libertarian Party in general, as well as outline the importance of having an alternative to Republicans and Democrats.
When asked about why he's the best candidate for governor, Mike replied, "I think I would be a better governor than either of the other candidates. And I am sorry that that's true. Because I really don't have much experience in politics. I've been a leader, I've been a policy analyst, but I have not been bought and paid for by interest groups. Experience, in this environment, is a bad thing... I can restore people's faith in their government by attacking corruption and closed-door meetings."
Michael Munger Accepts Invitations to Two Televised Debates on UNC-TV
UNC-TV will hold two gubernatorial debates, Sept 24 and Oct 8. Happily (and wisely), they have invited all three candidates for that office.
"The Debate That Should Have Been": Mike Munger on the Brad & Britt Show
August 20, 2008
Dr. Mike Munger, Libertarian candidate for governor, conducted a "shadow debate" on August 20th on the Brad & Britt Show, which airs on WZTK FM 101.1.
